Drinks
Here at Calabash, our drinks program is designed to give you an authentic taste of the Caribbean.
We are proud to host the largest selection of rums available to the consumer in Vancouver and
encourage you to open your taste buds and try a diverse and fantastic spirit, brimming with a rich,
colourful, controversial and sometimes sinister history.
Our handcrafted cocktails are a small showcase of the drinks we are able to create and use
traditional Caribbean flavours utilising house made syrups and fresh ingredients.
Let our bartenders guide you on a journey through rum. Be you novice or expert, there’s a rum for
everyone.
